The GIPCA Police Academy was a challenging and fast-paced institutional project designed for the Gujarat Police — a fully integrated campus for training cadets and housing educational, recreational, residential, and civic facilities.

After a senior architect stepped down due to health issues, I took charge and led a 10-member team through every phase — from master planning to contractor onboarding, coordinating architecture, MEP, and technical detailing under a tight 11-month deadline during the post-COVID-19 recovery phase.
