A design-development philosophy rooted in ecology, systems thinking, and feasibility.
Every building exists not just in space — but in a system. I see architecture and real estate development not as isolated acts, but as layered conversations between land, people, money, and time.

What I learned in architecture — thinking in layers — became the foundation for how I now approach real estate. In architecture, we look beneath the surface: soil, slope, water, climate, context. I’ve taken that mindset and applied it to development — treating zoning, feasibility, infrastructure, and market demand as layers that must align.
Working closely with developers and decision-makers, I’ve seen how this layered approach helps reduce risk, uncover hidden opportunities, and lead to smarter, more resilient buildings. It’s not just about building faster or cheaper — it’s about building with strategy and clarity, grounded in both design and data. That’s the value I bring to any team: an ability to connect the creative and the financial through a deeply thoughtful process.
